Ryan made the experience extremely easy. I never left my home. He sent me photos and videos and delivered the car. My only downside was when I spoke to Keystone. I was advised a certain amount of months on my term and when I spoke to the financing company. It was a longer term than we had discussed, and nobody had mentioned that that would be my only downside to this experience.

It was very easy to find a couple cars we were interested in online and also easy to work with Ryan on questions we had and scheduling test drives. Ryan wasn’t overly pushy and seemed like he really wanted us in a vehicle we wanted, not one that would make them the most money, and because of this we are more likely to return in the future.

The service department at this dealership is going to wind up getting someone killed. They did some work on the front end and some other work on the car and a short time later the wheel fell off. Now, after fixing the wheel falling off and charging us more money, the car is sitting in the driveway with the strut broken again and the wheel fixing to fall off. We brought a car in to have a warrantied part changed. They refused to change it, charged us $145 to scan it, and told us it was over $3,000 worth of other stuff that needed to be fixed. We took it back to our mechanic and paid for it to be fixed and all the other problems went away. They tried to scam us and overcharge us and were rude, and condescending to us. Would not recommend their service department at all.

I bought a Ford truck from keystone in 2017 and I went to trade in in on 5-15-2021 the dealer I went to asked me about the wreck the truck was in I told them it has not been wrecked they showed me the Carfax report it has been wrecked 2 different time both in Kansas and keystone bought the truck at a auction knowing about the reports so now I am stuck with a truck that has sever damage on the reports they never to me about a thing I would not recommend this dealership at all
